Overview
pstr is a clipboard manager for macOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data pstr handles and how.
Data Collection
pstr does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
- Clipboard data is stored locally on your Mac using UserDefaults. It never leaves your device.
- No analytics or tracking tools are included in the app.
- No advertising SDKs are used.
- No network requests are made by pstr, except for In-App Purchase transactions processed by Apple.
In-App Purchases
pstr offers a one-time In-App Purchase to unlock additional features. All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive or store any payment information.
Accessibility Permissions
pstr requests macOS Accessibility permissions solely to perform the auto-paste function (simulating Command+V in the active application). This permission is not used for any other purpose.
Third-Party Services
pstr does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs beyond Apple's StoreKit framework for In-App Purchases.
Children's Privacy
pstr does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
